- Promoting modern technology, digital payments, accounting and business management.

- Supporting members during professional, financial and legal challenges.
- Promoting skill development and opportunities for the next generation.
- Establishing better coordination with Government departments, banks, MSME institutions and other trade organisations.
- Working towards recognition of the tent and event industry as an important contributor to Rajasthan’s economy and employment.
Perform the duties and responsibilities of the President during the President's absence.
Coordinate with district and regional units.
Lead committees, meetings, programmes or special assignments entrusted by the President/Executive Committee.
Support membership development and coordination among members.
Ensure smooth coordination between the President, General Secretary and members.
Manage the day-to-day administration of the organisation.
Issue notices and convene meetings with the approval of the President.
Prepare agendas and maintain minutes of meetings.
Handle all official correspondence.
Implement decisions taken by the General Body and Executive Committee.
Maintain membership records, registers, resolutions and official documents.
Coordinate with government departments, district associations and members.
Organise conferences, meetings, exhibitions, seminars and welfare programmes.
Prepare the annual activity report.
Coordinate the functioning of all committees and district units.
Act as the official spokesperson of the organisation, where authorised.
Manage receipts, payments, donations, sponsorships and other financial transactions.
Maintain bank accounts and financial records.
Prepare the annual budget.
Present regular financial statements before the Executive Committee.
Ensure that all expenditure is properly authorised and supported by bills/vouchers.
Maintain records of cash, bank balances, assets and liabilities.
Coordinate with the auditor for annual audit and preparation of audited accounts.
Present audited financial statements before the General Body.
No major financial commitment or expenditure should be made without the approval prescribed by the Constitution/Executive Committee.
