1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a member, website visitor, customer, or vendor) and Tent Dealers Welfare Organisation Rajasthan | TDWO Rajasthan ("Organization", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, browsing our member directory, applying for membership, or submitting service inquiries for tent setups, lighting, shamiana, stage fabrication, or event decor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership Eligibility & Verification

Membership in our organization is open to legitimate tent dealers, event decorators, shamiana fabricators, sound and lighting engineers, stage builders, generator suppliers, and catering infrastructure operators.

• Application Authenticity: Applicants must provide accurate, verifiable business details, registered business addresses, contact details, and proof of legitimate trade operation.
• Approval Authority: The association governing body reserves the right to accept, put on hold, or reject any membership application based on internal verification and association guidelines.
• Annual Renewal & Good Standing: Members must adhere to annual subscription dues and association bye-laws to remain listed as active in good standing.

3. Platform Role & Rental Inquiries

Our platform acts as a digital directory, collaborative community, and welfare hub. Please review the operational distinction between the platform and individual service providers:

• Independent Contractors: Individual tent house dealers, decorators, and equipment suppliers listed on the platform operate as independent business entities.
• Direct Rental Contracts: All financial quotes, security deposits, rental terms, delivery schedules, installation guarantees, and labor coordination are directly contracted between the customer and the respective tent dealer/vendor.
• Facilitation Only: While we promote high trade standards and verify member credentials, the organization is not directly a party to commercial rental contracts between clients and individual dealers.

4. Equipment, Safety & Compliance Standards

All members and participating vendors must adhere to rigorous quality, structural safety, and public health guidelines:

• Structural Integrity: All tents, German hangars, canopies, trusses, and shamianas must be installed securely using tested iron/aluminum framing and anchored against wind and weather variables.
• Fire & Electrical Safety: Electrical wiring, decorative chandeliers, halogen/LED floodlights, and diesel generators must be handled by trained technicians with appropriate circuit breakers and fire extinguishers on site.
• Statutory Permissions: Event organizers and tent vendors must verify that appropriate local administrative, municipal, and sound curfew permissions (such as police NOCs and green sound limits) are obtained for each venue.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including the organization logo, text copy, custom design layouts, graphics, directory formats, and software code—is the property of Tent Dealers Welfare Organisation Rajasthan | TDWO Rajasthan and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No user or third party is permitted to scrape, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute our member listings or media assets for commercial resale without prior written authorization from the organization.

6. Prohibited Activities & Code of Ethics

Users and members agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or defamatory membership applications or lead requests.
• Under-cutting, cartel pricing, or sabotaging fellow association members in bad faith.
• Using association badges or logos for unauthorized or illegal event operations.
• Attempting to compromise the technical security or integrity of this website.

7. Force Majeure & Disclaimers

The platform and all directory services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free or free from temporary maintenance downtimes.

8. Suspension & Membership Termination

The association governing council reserves the absolute authority to suspend or permanently expel any member, or block any user account, found guilty of:

• Violating safety protocols resulting in avoidable injury or event hazard.
• Unresolved client fraud, unfulfilled rental commitments, or non-delivery of contracted equipment.
• Bringing public disrepute to the association and its broader community.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, association membership, or website services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajasthan, India.
